Jill S. Sanders, CPA, is a Partner at Cullen & Danowski, LLP. As a graduate of Kean University, she began her career in public accounting, joined the Firm in 1985, became a licensed CPA in 1986, and a Partner in 1991.

Working with local governments, nonprofit organizations, and commercial enterprises, she has conducted financial statement audits, as well as audits in accordance with the Single Audit Act and Uniform Guidance. Jill is our resident expert on employee benefit plans. Jill provides training to directors and staff of not-for-profit organizations and local governments on various topics. Jill also provides consulting and taxation services.

Jill is a former Director and Treasurer of a local affiliate of a National not-for-profit organization. She serves on the board of a local not-for-profit organization. Jill was awarded the AICPA Certificate of Education Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing.
